The property is perfect for families. It's within walking distance to the beach and next to many places to eat, even ice cream is right next door. 3 bedrooms with a private master bath was perfect. The half bath on the main floor was wonderful for those entry potty breaks for the younger kids. The check-in and out was the easiest process I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again.

Both Dawn and Amanda are responsive and pleasant to deal with. Everything was as promised, the property was extremely neat, clean and incredibly well stocked; and the location was perfect for our needs. "Very helpful. We had an after hours check in and the process was very easy. Reasonably priced properties and the staff was great." It has been a few years since we have been to OC. Irene has beachfront balconies and check in was super easy. Our local Ocean City team includes professional housekeepers who care for all our homes here.

The check in and check out processes were very quick. The unit is a short and safe walk to the ocean. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance. The park across the street is very nice.

The view was great got to see the sun set every evening. Everything was great and just as described. Location was perfect and unit was clean and well stocked. This is a fantastic property. This property was everything it was advertised to be.

Book a 3-bedroom condo with 2-car parking or a beach house rental with 5-6 bedrooms and 3-car parking. The midtown location places it near some of Ocean City's best attractions, including Old Pro Mini Golf and many great restaurants. The property was clean and just as pictured online. Nice 1 bed/1 bath condo on the bayside of OC, MD.

The location is right on the boardwalk close to the amusement park and a great beach area just across the boardwalk. Linens and towels were provided and cooking utensils were stocked. We ALL really had a great, relaxed vacation and look forward to booking here again.

Our Ocean City, MD rentals put you in the heart of one of the most popular beach towns on the East Coast. Our first rental in Ocean City, MD was a wonderful experience for my family. Everything is finally ready for the big party and it's drawn quite a crowd; besides Bear and the kids, Doc Hogg, Lois, Otto, and Etta, Grandma Flutter, Christine and even the big old bullfrog are there. In fact, everyone's there except Luna; they're worried she may have disappeared behind a cloud. But it turns out she was just getting her special surprise ready; an old friend Bear hasn't seen in a long time!

Each episode opens with the welcome song, Bear detecting a scent in the viewers (which he likens to a pleasant smell) and appearance of the characters. Each show focuses on a theme (ex; "sleep", "doctors", "Thanksgiving") which folds into a lesson at the end. The character "Shadow" narrates a segment with shadow puppets in each episode. Most of the segments are in song, while some are simply a short story relating to the episode's theme. At the end of the program, Bear sings the goodbye song with Luna, the moon.

Bear lives in the Big Blue House with his friends Ojo, Tutter, Treelo, Pip, Pop, and Shadow within the woods outside of the community of Woodland Valley. Those normally include solving problems, sharing, cooperating with each other, and developing social skills. 117 episodes were produced including two 2-parters and an unaired pilot. In 2005, the series was followed by a programming block titled Breakfast with Bear, featuring Bear visiting the homes of real-life children. Bear in the Big Blue House is a TV series that ran for four seasons, from 1997 to 2003. The show was created by Mitchell Kriegman and developed with The Jim Henson Company for Disney Channel.

At the beginning of each episode, Bear welcomes viewers to his house and tells them that he thinks they smell good. After talking with one or more of the characters, he introduces the show theme, or "Word of the Day" and sometimes sings a song about it. This segment, in the first three seasons, is often followed by one in which real kids discuss the topic of the day. Afterwards, Bear usually explores the house or valley, talking with the kids and aiding/assisting them as necessary.

He will also sometimes stop to find Shadow, who shares a story related to the theme of the day. At the end of each program, Bear heads to the attic of the house and talks with his friend Luna, the moon, about the day's events. More occasionally, other characters sometimes also talk with Luna and/or sing "The Goodbye Song." Bear and Luna are old friends. Luna often knows just what Bear's thinking and sometimes speaks in unison with him. Because she is very old (at over 4 billion years old), Luna is full of wise advice. "Beauty of the Night" is a song from Bear in the Big Blue House episode "And to All a Good Night." Bear and Luna perform this song and sing about stopping to appreciate how beautiful it is when the moon comes out at night time. That led her to use her love of design, architecture, and home renovation to transform the three "dated and old-fashioned" cabins into the masterpieces they are today. "Our goal was to bring the Big Bear cabin experience into modern times while fully preserving the outdoorsy, all-natural mountain resort ambiance that defines the area," she said.

Each release included a selection of episodes; the full series was never distributed on physical media. After the hiatus and the spin-off Breakfast with Bear, a final run of new episodes aired on the Disney Channel in April 2006, with the last episode airing on April 28, 2006. Repeats of the show ceased altogether in May 2007 (December 2010 in the UK). Thigpen was posthumously nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for voicing Luna. Bear also appeared as a celebrity in the 2002 revival of The Hollywood Squares; he notably appeared in Whoopi Goldberg's final episode. Owned and curated by California entrepreneur and interior designer Sarah Salvatore, the cabins have been a passion project that started with one cabin in 2018.

Sometimes, at the opening of the program, Bear will have a talk with Ray. In the fourth season of the program, Woodland Valley, the community at large, is featured much more heavily. Tutter the mouse is shown attending school, many new characters are introduced and the "Good Morning" song and real-kids segments are no longer featured. At the end of every episode, Bear goes up to the attic, or sometimes to the Otter Pond, to talk with Luna about the day's events.

It's a special night in Woodland Valley; tonight is the night of Harvest Moon. There's a special party out at the Otter Pond and Luna even has a special surprise for Bear. Bear searches for party lanterns for the celebration, but it's ultimately Pip and Pop who find them.

Role in the series
</h2>
<p>
At the beginning of each episode, Bear welcomes viewers to his house and tells them that he thinks they smell good. After talking with one or more of the characters, he introduces the show theme, or "Word of the Day" and sometimes sings a song about it. This segment, in the first three seasons, is often followed by one in which real kids discuss the topic of the day. Afterwards, Bear usually explores the house or valley, talking with the kids and aiding/assisting them as necessary.

Bear lives in the Big Blue House where he is a caregiver for his friends Ojo, a bear cub; Tutter, a mouse; Treelo, a lemur; otters Pip and Pop; and storyteller Shadow. Those normally include solving problems, sharing, cooperating with each other, and developing social/life skills. Big Bear Lake has long been a favorite mountain escape for southern Californians, a complete change of scenery just two hours to the northeast of the crowded freeways of L.A. This trio of cabins in the San Bernardino National Forest, dubbed the Midnight Moon Cabins, leans into the laid-back lake life vibe, but with upscale features to ensure all the conveniences of a luxury rental. On October 19, 2022, the series began streaming on Disney+ with nine episodes missing at time of launch. Bear in the Big Blue House is aimed at teaching lessons to preschool and early school-age children.

Sometimes, at the opening of the program, Bear will have a talk with Ray. In the fourth season of the program, Woodland Valley, the community at large, is featured much more heavily. Tutter the mouse is shown attending school, many new characters are introduced and the "Good Morning" song and real-kids segments are no longer featured. At the end of every episode, Bear goes up to the attic, or sometimes to the Otter Pond, to talk with Luna about the day's events.

Each release included a selection of episodes; the full series was never distributed on physical media. After the hiatus and the spin-off Breakfast with Bear, a final run of new episodes aired on the Disney Channel in April 2006, with the last episode airing on April 28, 2006. Repeats of the show ceased altogether in May 2007 (December 2010 in the UK). Thigpen was posthumously nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for voicing Luna. Bear also appeared as a celebrity in the 2002 revival of The Hollywood Squares; he notably appeared in Whoopi Goldberg's final episode. Owned and curated by California entrepreneur and interior designer Sarah Salvatore, the cabins have been a passion project that started with one cabin in 2018.

In the Shadow segment, Shadow tells a wild story about a man who takes a trip to the moon in a balloon. The other characters in the show then make their appearance, and the theme and plot of the show then comes to place. Throughout the episode, the theme (ex; "sleep", "doctors", "Thanksgiving") is learned about, and a lesson is learned at the end of the episode.

Bear acts as a caregiver towards Ojo the bear cub, Treelo the lemur, Tutter the mouse, and Pip and Pop, who are two otters. Character "Shadow" narrates a segment with shadow puppets in each episode. Most of the segments are in song, while others are simply a short story relating to the episode's theme. At the end of the program, Bear then sings the goodbye song with Luna, the moon.

Their conversations always end with them singing the "Goodbye Song" before she leaves to light up the night sky. On a few occasions, other characters talk with Luna and accompany her and Bear in "The Goodbye Song". At the end of every episode, Bear climbs to the attic (though, on occasion, he heads out to the Otter Pond) to talk to Luna about the day's events.
