byla založena v roce 1991. Personálně a svým zaměřením navázala na letitou tradici výrobního družstva Směr Praha – v servisní činnosti pro stroje

. Od svého založení pokračuje v péči o tyto stroje.

V současnosti je jedinou firmou, která na území ČR zajišťuje servisní služby pro plnící a balící stroje firmy

. Tyto služby poskytuje i na Slovensku, v Maďarsku a Polsku.
